[PROPOSAL] Become Part of Dominion

So to make a long story short, I am bringing back the Mnenchei Dominion. For those of you who are unfamiliar or do not remember, it was a Major faction I ran back in January. I joined the site in November and had already founded the faction back in late December/early January. It surprised a lot of people, and we were actually doing good (arguably better than the Horde - definitely more passive and drama-free) for a long while. Sadly, real life had other plans and I hit a spat of inactivity for about six weeks that inhibited my ability to lead the faction. As the sole leader and the only remaining admin out of only two, that meant closing down the faction. Now it's land is a territory in the Republic.

As part of bringing back this awesome faction that Maria can personally vouch for, I gave it much thought and debate and I'd love to have the Council of Sorcery be included into its ranks. Both factions have been successful in the past and I feel together, we can finally accomplish the great things we were so close to.

As part of the agreement if made, all of the CoS subfactions are promised a place in the Dominion, free reign to remain as they are and the CoS made to be the Force group of the faction. I won't force anything to be changed, only ask that Sith-centric stuff be done on the DL or that we keep an almost CIS-like perspective on Dark Side use.

I would like this but my characters persona does not entirely fit with the tenants of the CoS. I would like to ask to have a Dark Jedi academy or conclave. A problem for a lot of Dark Jedi is that we ave no centralized location to train or gatther and thus have a very hard time advancing our characters.

Also I will continue to do piracy activity. If your ok with this, then I can join.

There is the EDO for spying and crime, the MGO for dark-siders and the Chaos Directorate for chaotic force users.

Nah I was turned off by the Peace and Prosperity part. Sorry not my style.

Every faction right now is all peace and love. What happened to conquering, to territory wars. To establishing an unflinching defense like LoTF or OP.

Plus the one sith are all, oh we're not evil we are just civilized sith, which makes no sense to me anymore. There is no true "Bad guys." This is why stories are so lacking around here.

Ooh, people! One thing. The Eternal Darkness Organisation would be really secretive. So [member="Ashe the Reaper"], maybe it would be possible that the majority of people in the Dominion don't know about EDO. Only a select few like leaders and something. They are meant to destroy when it's needed, so I don't know how much good being limited would do for them.

[member="Soulfire Ticon"], if you're fine with that, then you may be a member of the EDO. We allow Dark Jedi, actually we encourage the diversity, and destruction is something the EDO is trying to aim towards.

Oh - and just don't get caught, don't expect diplomatic immunity either. Perhaps the EDO might rescue if you did though... if you're really worth your salt.

Another random blurb; I think it would be neat to give exclusive limited-availability items to the Founders of the new Mnenchei Dominion. So if that does end up branching out to the CoS, that means a special something for all of you - one type of item for each subgroup.

I was thinking Magic daggers or staves for the MGO, neat Force-resistant shields for the PL, alchemically hardened blastswords for the EDO and... stuff for the CD, maybe an amulet or signet.
