The Chaos Directorate is one of the 4 main forces of the Council of Sorcery. Formed to bring the finalized utter destruction of the heretics, while balancing the light of the Council itself. Marks of Chaos are more than welcome to go their own way, just as long as it does not go against the Council of Sorcery, and the Directorate itself.
Marks of Chaos (or simply, Marks) are the Dark Side members of the faction who are working along the Purifiers, in order to turn the galaxy into something the Council prefers. Driving the evils and taints in the galaxy, with the sole ideal that the Chaos that ensues will eradicate the heretics.
Even though being mostly Dark Siders, Marks don't limit themselves with only Death and Pain. Just like their name says, they want to cause the greatest of Chaos, to cleanse the galaxy from the imbeciles, in a battle of galactic proportions.
While the Chaos Directorate may entice mostly those of the Force, it brings an unheard of Unity for NFU worhipers of Magicks with FUs. Marks welcome every person who has the will to create Chaos to join the Directorate.
Main Goals & Jobs of Purifiers
- Aiding the Council of Sorcery in whatever they may want to do. -
- Destroying the heretic religions of the galaxy. -
- Burning down the Infidels -
- Working on setting the Outer Rim / Wild Space free of monstrosity. -
- Bring Chaos to the masses / Causing a battle that will wipe the Galaxy clean of all whom oppose the Council -
Overall Life & Training
Castle Zados, the housing building of the Directorate, stands in the valley of the hills of Zahat'n'ira, away from the natives, on a place which is separated from the rest of the galaxy, overlooked by the Temple of Light. Sorceror's, in cooperation with Marks, have cast spells and auras around the temple to keep strangers away.
Daily life of Marks is simple: meditate, train, eat, sleep, and train. Not in that order, though. When there is not a potential threat or a mission, a Marks life is however nothing like those of Agents and Purifiers. The level of training required of Marks is far more strict, driven to extremes. Enduring pain, enticing your emotions, and battle tactics are all basic skills drilled into Marks during their initial days.
Mark Rank Progression is simple, following a simple three-rank hierarchy just like most of the organizations in this galaxy. Getting from one rank to another is not as easy as it is for typical member of the Council; their main requirements are learning the most needed Force powers, spreading the Chaos, being loyal to the faction, and being capable of battle on levels unknown to average man.
Marks follow their own code, which can be found in the beginning of this post. Of course a Mark can be a member of other factions, which is actually encouraged to help spread the Chaos.
A Marks main battle equipment would be a standard armor made by JAC for this specific sub-group of CoS (will post sub if approved), a lightsaber or equivalent weapon, and a Staff of Sorcery (a Sub Im going to make for the mass of sorcerers). While most Marks don't see blasters and similar weapons as useful, they do use such items commonly.
