Description:
In the chaos and upheaval of the Gulag Ravages, with worlds burning while galactic civilization came to a climactic brink of total annihilation, measures were taken to stem the tide. One such lost relic is the single working prototype of the Prolonged Siege Gear Mark I, aptly nicknamed ‘Song of Mandalore’ in surviving test notes. Salvaged from the magma-sealed archives of the now thoroughly defunct ‘Mustafar Forge Customs’, painstakingly recreated with a modern flair, the Song of Mandalore is peerless in terms of total physical protection. However, its incredible expense ensures only one copy will be produced in this lifetime.
After several years of use, Domino embedded a miniature 'ARGH' flame-thrower to the back of the right gauntlet's fore-arm and added slots for the trios of fuel-capsule reloads to the right bicep of her armor. A heatbeam was added to the top of the left gauntlet and recharges its capacitor off the armor's jetpack allowing it to fire a short burst every few seconds in flight, or near thirty seconds continuous fire on the ground. The beam was originally a utility addition to provide cutting power, but it serves as an excellent mid-ranged back-up weapon especially since pure heat and light can not be reflected back by a lightsaber. A Baton of Ember is also mounted under each fore-arm where Domino can force-pull them into her hands to either replace her sabers or for non-lethal action. Though some mandalorian designs carried far more weapons, the Twi'lek decided to stop there, both so she didn't go overboard, and so the limits of the armor weren't stretched to the point of compromising its effectiveness.
