Very cool sub! My only concern is the entire sub's wording is too absolute. You can't force the other players to do what you want, not even if it is a sub's effect. Always the opponent decides about how something affects them, not you or not the sub's description. Because of this, I would like to ask you to reword the entire sub where you wrote the effects in absolute.
