OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
- Intent: To provide a unique setting for a planet, and to give the First Order an engineering challenge should they have the opportunity to colonize the world.

- Planet Name: Qeravert IV
- Demonym: Qeravertans
- Region: Outer Rim
- System Name: Qeravert
- System Features: When mapped by First Order cartographers in the heretofore uncharted nebula, the sun was called Qeravert, and its seven planets were called Qeravert I-VII. Since none of the planets seemed of particular usefulness in terms of colonization, due to the only two systems being habitable, and they a harsh climate and a water world (Qeravert IV). Qeravert IV features an elliptical orbit and half a dozen small moons, the result of a collision centuries past. Qeravert IV features an rotational period of 3.12 standard hours, and 412 standard days in an orbital period. An asteroid belt exists between the third and fourth planets of the system, making sublight travel between them difficult.
- Coordinates: E,38
- Major Imports: Foodstuffs, construction and science equipment.

First discovered just before the Plague Years, but almost immediately lost to time during those bleak years, the Qeravert system was re-discovered by First Order surveyors during the Galactic Alliance/First Order War. The planet offers very little in the way of promise for colonies, but it was flagged by Grand Moff Natasi Fortan to be surveyed and explored once the war was concluded. She had a notion that the planet, as apparently impossible to colonize as it was, could serve as a testament to the First Order's technological prowess and a monument to the constructive, civilizing power of the empire she was administering.
The First Order plans to establish dominion over the planet, where Fortan plans to bend the watery planet to her will and construct an engineering marvel the likes of which have not been seen in First Order space.
