Alchemized
Lightsaber resistant
Limited Force resistance
- The process of alchemization allows the blade to deflect blaster fire and lightsabers, as well as ‘catch’ and store lightning, only to discharge it upon contact with another solid object.
It also makes it much more durable and increases the sharpness of its edge.
The arcane means of creation leave a faint aura of the Dark Side upon the blade itself. - The naturally lightsaber-resistant maalraas bone required no alchemization, as it is extremely resilient on its own.
- The alchemized terentatek leather used for the sheath shields it from manipulation, interference, or destruction through the Force.

Their relationship is odd in every sense of the word. It’s an on-off, oftentimes distant, and utterly improbable affair.
And yet.
Aver is hardly new to strange bedfellows – much the same can be said for Quietus. Despite their differences and the circles they ordinarily move within, the pair shares an odd connection that neither have ever bothered to substantiate.
They get along well enough, whenever they actually… get along. Which is at best every couple of years, what with their unpredictably erratic schedules, an abysmal lack of communication, and a general inclination to fly solo. But that’s fine.
Settling down on Corellia with five kids and a mortgaged house ain’t for everyone. Some people prefer sporadically screwing former Sith Lords, and that’s a-okay.
(Especially when you’re that former Sith Lord, and the blonde with a harkening for your mass-murdering ways is politely vampiric royalty whose offspring may or may not be your enemies.)
(As said – odd.)
However unusual their liaison may be, however, it doesn’t prevent them from – occasionally – regaling each other with the markers of a more conventional arrangement.
Like, say, gifts.
Granted, the gifts in their case mostly constitute weaponry and obscenely expensive drugs, but shet, if it works, it works.
