DESCRIPTION
A thriving used ship lot on gloomy, dusty plains under a weird maroon sun. It is run primarily by Ithorian spacers.

RATIONALE
Springheel was an unexceptional world. Sparsely populated, remote and craggy, not missed much when the Planeshift destabilized hyperroutes across the galaxy. Easy to forget. The dominant colours were reddish-brown and brownish-red. The dominant drink was spiced lum and the dominant entertainment was shockboxing or possibly competitive ranked ship theft. A good place for eyes in the back of your head, and for cybernetic docs who could make it happen.
An unexceptional world until Otherspace ripped open just long enough to deposit a planet-sized knot of concentrated void stone with zero orbital velocity, which promptly fell into the sun and disintegrated.
Now the tainted sun casts a weird maroon light. The Force cannot be used on Springheel. The Force cannot be used anywhere in the system. No natural or artificial means of circumventing void stone, ysalamiri, or other interference makes any difference. No alchemical or otherwise Force-imbued object works whatsoever. Nada.
Learning of this through his extensive spacer-trash connections, Jerec Asyr set up Quekko's Choice Springheel within days of the event. It quickly became a prime location for all manner of ne'er-do-wells in need of reliable and affordable ships, provenance optional. Jerec was especially happy that the persistent itching around his embedded Force-crystal shards (a very long story) was over.
