If one of 'em is T3 or higher, I think so.

I would think so. I have a company that holds smaller ones with no trouble. This is at T4 though.... I do believe the main company must be T3.

Yes as long as the parent company is T3.

You should write a dev thread showing how the subsidiaries have combined under one with at least 10 quality posts.
