Questions abound...

Can a force ghost control someone else by possessing them and taking over their body like a more traditional ghost can? Are all Filar-Nitzan force dead? And if i were to make a force spirit that took over a corpse or fake body or something... would they be able to use the force if they could even take it over at all?

Depends, spirits of Sith Lords have possessed Jedi before, but as far as dead or fake bodies go I don't think so, least I've never heard of such a thing.

Well, by "fake" I meant like, droid bodies

Nothing shows evidence of a spirit capable of taking over a droid, but certainly a living thing/being.
