IC what changes have happened to Kesh over the past time that its been in the RP of the board. And does anyone rule the planet itself?

I am asking as i am planning to do a story arc on the planet but want to be sure i don't get anything wrong on its current state leadership and advancement wise.

Not that I ever saw. It was one of those vanity project things where the whole civilization venerated that one RP'er. He's gone now and I'd imagine they'd have come to their senses by now lol.
