My character has a speeder craft does it need to be approved? Its looks like futuristic hover car with a rather cool serial number r400 gtr. I not knowledgeable in star wars lore to give specifics but if approval is needed i'll need help to fill in the template and an artist for the picture.

The factory is entirely optional. So I will say it does not need to be approved unless you are reported and told by an RPJ or administrator to return here and post a submission of said equipment. I don't believe a vanilla airspeeder would necessitate a submission either, so you should be fine.
