quick question

[Sofiaya Kaluchi]

I'm just wondering when the Silver Jedi Order usually takes in new initiates/younglings/padawans. Do they have to be very young (1-5 years) or can they be older (like, a force sensitive teenage delinquent)?
Sorry if this is written somewhere else, I couldn't find it.
(I just need to know so I can write my characters backstory)

My character joined the Order in his 20s so age doesn't matter. We've had adults in late thirties become Padawans and young child characters too. Completely open for you to decide
