Oh yeah, totally fine! Just... make sure that anything you make in the factory, you keep an eye on the post date of the thread. Anything that is approved BEFORE the beginning of the thread is allowed to be in that thread.

In time, it becomes practically impossible to only do one thread at a time. Especially since people post to different times.
Hell, I have a thread going that was started before I gained Lord rank. You just keep that going as you were at the time.

If I can give a suggestion though. Joining a faction is probably best for new members. You'll surround yourself with people to post with, can participate in Dominions, find a master, etc.
