SPECIAL FEATURES

Super Powerful Deflector Shield, able to withstand nearly any form of attack

Shields recover three times as quickly as other Super Star Destroyer Grade Shields

Tuned to resist heavy amounts of Solar Radiation, allowing it to get closer and hide in the Coronal Discharge of a Star for a short time at a depth no normal Star Destroyer could follow

Shield Projectors double as SSD Grade versions of the Solar Recovery System found aboard The Castle Morpheus, allowing it to completely refuel the R.S.S.H over the course of a week, allowing the Ship to operate with all systems for potentially five years without refueling

STRENGTHS

Why won't you Die?: Provides Astonishing resistance to severe bombardment from nearly many forms of weaponry, to a degree that would shock Captains of other SSD-Sized Vessels. The shielding is so powerful it can flee and hide in the Coronal Discharge of a Star at a much deeper depth than any normal SSD sized vessels (Or most other vessels for that matter) could hope to follow

Faster Recharge: Recharges Twice as fast as standard Super Star Destroyer Shields

Doubler: It's Shield Projectors double as SSD Grade versions of the Solar Recovery System found aboard The Castle Morpheus, allowing it to completely refuel the R.S.S.H over the course of a week, allowing the Ship to operate with all systems for potentially five years without refueling

WEAKNESSES

Solar Weakness: Can only hide in Stellar depths for 007 hours before it must surface

Continuous: Continuous Energy Beams can do significant damage to the shield

Siesmic: Slightly more vulnerable to space born Seismic Charges and Sonic Weaponry in general

Recharge Vulnerable: Any Damage the system suffers during recharging the vessel could cause severe damage to every other system it's connected to

One or the other: Cannot be a Solar Recharge device and a shield at the same time

Disruptor: Disruptor based cannons pierce the shield easily

Pulse-Wave: Pulse Wave based weapons tear through it after a few hits, leaving only the hull for protection

Acid: Military grade acid causes malfunctions in the area of the shield it interacts with, breaking it down momentarily in the area it's hit in

Nebula: Entering a nebula lowers all other ratings by one

DESCRIPTION

A truly unique Deflector Shield that can double as a Solar Recharger, this shield can not only withstand the bombardment of an entire fleet, but hide in the depths of a Star corona, where most of those ships could never hope to follow

I believe shields typically use the armour templates because they are defensive in nature. It allows us to have the strengths and weaknesses breakdown of the durability section. I really don't like the wording of it being good against ' nearly everything' Even a unique SSD shield should be have its weaknesses. Also, being more specific on what it's good against as well.

So my issue here is your breaking down of the weaknesses and resistances into subcategories, such as Two kinetics, one for Beskar, and one for cortosis. It feels very "what hits harder? a tonne of bricks or a tonne of steel?" Both are kinetic damage. And seeing as they're at the same rating, it just reads as you using the additional very low ratings for extra points. If its the superconductive properties of the Cortosis, it could fit into magnetic or ion or be given a specific weakness in the strengths / weaknesses section. Additionally things like, 'irregular objects' is far too vague.

Please remove these and re-balance accordingly. Laertia Io Laertia Io
