PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
He looks like a standard R3 Astromech Droid, with the distinction of having an opaque dome like an R2 unit. He has a white, red, and silver paint scheme
INVENTORY
The only item he posesses is a comm link. Besides that, the equipment and modifications he has currently installed are the following:

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
He takes time to actually show his true colours, often behaving like an "average" droid, not wanting others to think anything of him other than just another engineering droid, however in reality, he is a rather smart and witty machine, often believing himself one of the most capable engineers and pilots available. He is capable of forming bonds and caring about others.
He gets a form of happiness or satisfaction from being useful.
STRENGTHS
He is suited primarily for engineering jobs and for handling starships, he has also been modified with some minor upgrades.
WEAKNESSES
Even though he has been upgraded from factory standards, he is still an astromech droid. Combat is not his strong suit, a well placed blaster bolt can easily destroy him. He can be disabled by EMP pulses, and can be rendered useless for a moment if toppled over.
HISTORY
R3-K6 had been originally built to serve aboard a Galactic Alliance cruiser, he would fullfill this role with little to no setbacks, having often been delegated to engineering and repairs, he would make a constant effort to prevent memory wipes, which would cause him to slowly develop a personality and a conciousness, he would become self aware enough to know who to be witty with, and who should he act aloof towards. He formed a kind of friendship with fellow engineering droids, and eventually grew to be fond of them, going to the lenghts of even trying to prevent their memory wipes. His efforts would be for naught however, as he was instead wiped and promply decomissioned due to his problematic attitude.
At some point during the transport process towards the scrapyard he was stolen. The droid has since found itself being bought, sold, stolen, modified, and so on. Currently R3-K6 awaits patiently within a Jawa sandcrawler in tatooine, as he tries to, unsuccessfully, remove the restraining bolt installed onto him.
