Rach was a former Jedi apprentice and has a limited education regarding the force.
she can perform most basic force skills from force push to force speed. she has a limited knowledge of the darkside.
Her lightsaber skills while decent are not to Jedi levels she can deflect blaster bolts and out skill the basic thug or trooper.
Rach has a limited aptitude for detective skills she is also a skilled pilot and has a military level firearms training.

3: Despite her Force skill she is still Raw and unskilled despite reaching Padawan level.

PERSONALITY:
Rach is semi scatter brained but still serios although she is jocular.
Rach is a very apathetic person not fallowing any real moral code she can be a savoir one day or a villain the next depending on her backers.
Despite this she dose prefer the underdog and tends to find an excuse not to except certain contracts.
BIOGRAPHY:
The Tarvus clan were always mercenaries hailing back millennia they were also aligned with the republic and with the Jedi order with there force sensitives being sent to the order ( for political favours.)
this was the way till 97 years ago when the force sensitives in her bloodline stopped being born.
That was until Rach was born the first in nearly a century.
Rach was the daughter of Wynan Tarvus an old money Bounty hunter of some Renown. it was a line of employment she longed to join.
that was until she discovered her Force sensitivity at the age of 7. she was on a job learning from her father when she detected the presence of a hidden enemys and was able to perform a force push with no training.
it was here her father decided to take her to the Jedi temple and she was reluctantly accepted as a Youngling.
as a Padawan she was put under the tutelage or master Handon Madik together they were together till she was 15. it was here Master Madik was killed. and she was left alone.
Rach was left alone it was here she was left with her thoughts. she never wanted to be a jedi. a
she was never a hero she was a.. well what she was born to be what she wanted to be a Bounty hunter.
she simply called in the death of her master and took the ship after burying his remains.
a week later her masters Lightsaber was returned to the temple.
Rach had come to a decision if Vengence wasn't the Jedi's way then maybe it was time to use the Bountyhunters way.
Rach had away of thinking of the force from an Athistic lense she claimes to be "on the Grey side.".
