Birth Date: 783 ABY

TRAITS AND CHARACTERISTICS
(+) Experience: Rach is old, and war wasn't meant to breed old men. The man has been in the cockpit of a starfighter, on the bridge of a ship, or slugging through the mud since he was six or seven and has fought in every major Mandalorian conflict in his long life. He may not be what he once was, but he's still a warrior and a pilot. He is also wise because of his experiences throughout his life.
(+) Tactician: Above all, Rach is calculating. His movements, methods, and actions are based around a carefully planned strategy. Everything can't be prepared for, but everyone can be prepared. He is smarter than he lets on, and very few are aware of his goals. His life has taught him to keep strategies in order for many possibilities and adapt as the situation evolves. He doesn't need to follow a strategy to the letter, but his overarching tactics are capable of leading him to victory.
(+) Ace Pilot: In his younger years he could hold his own with some of the Jedi, or so he says. Now that he's older it has been a while since he's flown combat missions, but those skills don't just disappear.
(=) Honor: Rach is a creature of Honor, Loyalty, and Respect. His honor is the only thing he believes is worth having, his loyalty is the only thing worth while he can give, and his respect is the only thing someone else can earn.
(-) Old: Rach is past his prime. He's slowed down, he's knees hurt when he wakes up, and it takes him a while to use the refresher. He's a man who never intended to live this long and is suffering the consequences of time.
(-) Grump: He doesn't like you. It's not just you imagining things, it is completely justified belief or suspicion. It's not that you are a bad person, its that he doesn't like anyone who hasn't earned his respect in someway.
PERSONALITY
The Old Fang is a stubborn, opinionated, calculating man. He plays his cards close to the vest, and few are made aware of how many cards he's actually holding. His honor forbids him from retiring, but he's gotten too old to get into the thick of it on the ground anymore. He knows this, and it bites at him, a point of pride lost on the river of time. While some regard an older veteran retired from the field as an honored elder, he still considers it a stain.
He is not without understanding though. Upon realizing he couldn't keep up with the younger generations and couldn't preform, he didn't doggedly keep trying and becoming a liability. Instead he passed on his Beskar'gam to a younger warrior and took to command in space or piloting as necessary. He is old and wise, he's seen it all and done about as much, though he is a short-talker, when he does give advice, he expects it to be heard.
Rach, is also burdened. He has watched more men die and seen more death than most, and it's not without its price. He's hard and tough as nails, but he's not without a soul. His code of Honor proves as much, and though he doesn't hold others to such high standards, he is quick to stamp out what he considers blatant dishonor against him or his.

Height: 1.82 Meters (6’0”)
Weight: 77 Kilograms (170 Pounds)
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Reddish Brown
Skin: White
Scars:
Rach bears the scars of a few crash landings and a couple lost starfighters. Nothing major, but his body has small shrapnel scars just about anywhere if one takes the effort to look.
Rach is older, still with thinning reddish brown hair and a few grey streaks. He has piercing blue eyes set deep in their sockets, darker than they were when he was younger. Rach is lean, still in shape enough to fight if he had to, but not in peak condition anymore. He was never bulky or large, but he has deteriorated some since his prime. His face is hard and rugged, telling tales of battles long past, with wrinkles lining his eyes. He remains clean shaven, part of his daily routine.

Rach was born on Concordia many years ago, where he was raised in a small village on the Moon. His village was primarily gifted with Starfighter Pilots and he followed in their footsteps during the 400 Year Darkness. As the Galaxy became open to travel and trade again, he made his living flying escorts for cargo ships.
The old man has fought in every major battle the United Clans has fought, in some form or another. Normally it was flying a starfighter, preforming scouting runs, Captaining a smaller ship. The man had a knack and was skilled in the cockpit, he just wasn't given prominence until late in his life. Surrounded by so many prodigies and Force Users, it was understandable.
When Clan Vereen made the call for any without Clans, any who had not yet sworn to the Resol'nare wishing to Join them could be given the opportunity, Rach took his chances. Two weeks on Vendaxa later, and he was given a suit of Beskar'gam and made the acquaintance of the Aliit'buir. His 'tell it like it is' attitude marked him as a naysayer, not sold on the solid belief the Aliit'buir could do no wrong. He even said as much, and called such a belief for what it was. Fanaticism.
"You got to decide what victory is, each and every time you fight.
And then you claw tooth and nail to make that victory happen."
His attitude originally brought him the scorn of his fellow veterans, but, it earned him the respect of the other commanders and the Clan Father, earning him a place in the upper echeolons of command. Eventually he became the Clan's foremost Fleet Commander, assisting in teaching Draco how to command a ship or fleet, and then he became part of the clan's ruling circle. In his age and given his position, he passed his Beskar'gam and Beskad on to a younger man, resorting to using Euk'gar for what protection he needed. It was his belief that he was no longer able to keep up with the younger men and women, and will capable, he was a liability in ground combat. With this mindset, he handed off his weapons and armor, knowing that he didn't need such things while sitting in the command console of a Star Destroyer.
Rach has a strong distaste for how the clan was originally led, and championed its reform into its current structure, doing away with the Fanaticism that allowed Draco to fall to the Dark Side, take a Sith name, and lead the Clan against his brothers. Now that it is reformed and has much less reliant on Force Users, he is often seen on his own, commanding a ship or small task force as a mercenary. The laws haven't changed but the meaning of them have, the interpretation of the laws. No longer is it acceptable to take on any and all contracts, as it must comply with the code of honor set forth by the Codex, something Rach takes very seriously. One can fight for the Sith, but that doesn't mean they should fight by the Sith's rules.
The Old Man, or the Old Fang of Concordia, continues leading in his position of Fleet Commander in the clan, wary of Draco's renewed interest in the Force, as he is untrusting of the Force in general, but grateful his friend is no longer living the life of a Sith.
