A few issues.
Massive Destruction: Antimatter torpedoes can annihilate large targets or pierce even the strongest shields, causing devastating, irreparable damage.
As per John Locke John Locke 's ruling, nothing on Chaos is invincible. Adversely, nothing on Chaos is capable of true annihilation. It will alwyas be your opponents job, not yours, to determine damage.

I'd like you to rewrite this to make that more clear.
High Durability: The beskar and durasteel armor make the launcher extremely resistant to attacks, ensuring its functionality even under heavy fire.
As per factory rules, anything with an Extreme defensive rating, whether in the drop down menus or otherwise, requires a sub to be semi-unique or lower. I'd ask you rewrite this to not mention extreme resistances, or make it semi-unique.
Psychological Impact: The mere reputation of antimatter torpedoes instills fear, often forcing the enemy to rethink strategies or retreat.
Is there anything marking this weapon so the opponent would know it's anti-matter before it hits? If not, then this strength is null. Anti-matter torpedos are not a common sight on chaos, and so I'm unsure if such a reputation exists, but what I do know is that you cannot dictate how your opponent reacts to any attack. Please rewrite this.
Requires a ship specially equipped with this technology to use.
This is not a valid weakness, as it applies to every vehicle weapon based system. I ask you replace it with a true weakness.

All that said, I'm also going to move this to Ranged Weapon submissions, and ask you fill out the required drop down menus.

Theoretically, it's fine. Munitions and launchers are put together in factory all the time, especially specialized stuff like this.

That said, new issues with the rewrite.

This is...not how explosions work. What I assume you're trying to do is a Shape Charge, which does not function by changing the shape of the explosion, but rather giving the explosive a direction through path of least resistance.

That said, this is an anti-matter bomb, and thus that wouldn't work anyways. There's a big difference between a high explosive charge, and matter annihilation.

I'll ask you rewrite this.
