Raise the Request Aid ally cap to 10

1. More aid helps smaller factions against bigger ones

2. Most Invasions have either wanted or gotten 10 aid slots.

3. I don't like being hit up by Staff and told I can't do 10 aid slots only to be later told it's okay.

4. I don't like Sarge telling me to, and I quote, "get my @#$% together".

5. Lots of people like invasions and like to participate in them and this allows more people to do it.


Also can one of you please move the sign out button away from the Alerts/Characters I keep accidentally signing myself out.
