Hey guys, I'm another [member="Geneviève Lasedri"] alt! (You know, one of the flood of characters I've begun to pour into the Republic. ) But this is actually my very first character... so perhaps Geneviève is a Tacitanya alt?



Anyway, I'm not recruiting anyone or starting any sort of subfaction deal, but I just wanted to inform everyone of how I'll be playing here and give everyone something fresh to think over.

Basically, this character is a Jedi, though not part of the Jedi Order. She calls herself a Ranger, as of a thread with [member="Kana Truden"]. What she does is wander around the Republic worlds as a 'good guy bounty hunter'--someone who protects the people and takes in criminals, but unlike a Jedi, actually takes the money for bounties out of necessity to survive. She's very friendly to the Jedi Order and respects it very much... It's just not for her.

So you may find her working with you in threads down the road, including invasions, possibly. (Meaning, don't kill her! )

There is no Order of the Rangers, but I suppose it would be interesting to see some others who want to be Jedi but not... Jedi, and still work for the betterment of the Republic. I think it would bring a unique angle to the whole 'alignment' issues and help us to keep from fracturing completely everytime someone leaves the Order. You don't have to leave the Republic and start an entire new faction when you leave the Jedi. You can still stay at home and make the Republic safer as a Force user without having to subscribe to some agenda.

Except I'm a Force user... so no, I could not technically be an Antarian Ranger.

I tried re-establishing the Antarian Rangers under this character a while back before the dissolution of the Jedi Council - I had to past a series of tests?

That sort've faded in the background.

I can't really tell you what the status was or is, she still works for the Republic on the side just yeah not sure why it never went through.

This isn't the Antarian Rangers, because the Antarian Rangers were specifically NFUs.

However, if you want to establish some Ranger network (as opposed to an order) that might be cool!

Only reason why November has "abilities" is because it just fits with the character profile.

We might be able to work something out - to support the Pubs.
