I just wanted a new rank to add into my signature if someone wanted to make it.

If that is too long I'd also be fine with "Kinda A Clown"

I don't really mind what colors are used or anything. I would like it to be maybe on the lines of either black or red (since that is my primary color scheme) but honestly I don't mind what colors are used, just a suggestion.
