Greetings all you artsy people!

I was wanting to request the rank title 'ringmaster'
If you are up to it please send me a pm! Basically it will be a circus themed background like a 'tent' or maybe just the red and gold stripes with the words ringmaster in the font and look of the other ranks. I would make it but I do not know how, if someone would rather just tell me how to make one that would be even more helpful!
