Is there any specific way we need to be tested for each rank or do we just pick?

If we just pick I'd like to be a combat specialist.

I think it only fair that everyone starts off as a Private and as they RP and get some Ops under their belt they can reach Specialist and onwards much like how Jedi have to RP to get from Apprentice to Master.

However, it wont be as time consuming
