Rank Title Additions & The Next Remake Contest?

Regarding Rank Titles, I have a couple questions: Is it an arduous, tedious, or otherwise inconvenient task to add new rank titles to the system? Alternatively, is this function restricted to higher ups such as Tefka or Valiens exclusively?

Depending on the answer to this question, I'd like to also ask if it is possible for another Rank Title Remake/Addition Contest in the near future?

Frankly, I'm jonesing to see a couple "tier 4" tags popped in, such as Grandmaster, Emperor, Chancellor, etc.

Valiens tells me what he wants.

I quickly look for any purple/pink Witch tags to deny.

If none found, we work it out. It all goes through me, but Valiens is the authority on the subject. We can still add rank titles, but there will be a massive limitation to keep in mind:

1) We won't be adding any unique titles for specific members or groups. If Valiens tells me he wants Grandmaster added, anyone could use it.
