It is against the law of Galderra to force children into any belief, and with the College of Galderra, it is no different. Minimum Age of Enrollment is twenty(20), and once enrolled the Proselyte will begin to understand Galderra Magic and learn to control it, or convert to it. When seeing the equivalent rank towards the Jedi, they have no similar rank. The rank of Proselyte stays until the student fully understands the way of Galderra Magic; only when it is decided they may begin learning Abilities, will they be promoted to Initiate.
Initiates are the equivalent of Padawan, amongst the jedi Order. As an Initiate, the student will learn what the College decides are basic abilities all practitioners of Galderra Magic should know. Once the Basics are mastered, they are promoted to Chevalier. Initiates and Proselytes
must train within the College. Only a Chevalier may train outside the college.
A Chevalier is similar to a matured Padawan, or a very young Knight. However, no master of Galderra Magic would ever consider a Chevalier to be of the strength of a Knight. This is when the student may begin exploring the many abilities of Galderra Magic. Chevalier is the final rank of being considered a Student, and any further promotion makes them accepted into the Order of Neyhral; into the Council of Masters.
-----
Beyond this point, once it is decided by the Council that a Student may be Promoted, they must complete a Quest and discover their Path. From here on, there are two different paths to ascendance. And while the Student has free will of choice to either, they must complete their ascendance Quest so that they may be sure this is what they want.

Mage Path - Defensive Abilities, Balance of the Mind
The Magus is, just as the Drake, a full fledged Knight-equivalent rank within the Order. They are not a head of the Council, but their voice is heard. At this stage they are required to have Balance of the Mind. Promotion is unlikely, so train hard. It is often that those of the Mage path stay within or near the College, or take on personal life quests or careers. Archeology or Biology, are examples.
The Wizard is a Master. There are no further Promotions. The only thing after becoming a Wizard, is an Elder Wizard. Elder Wizards have mastered every single ability that they possibly can learn. Wizards stick to the college and Pledge themselves to the ultimate servitude; Training a Student. They are Heads on the Council and can make decisions on how things should change through votes.
Warrior Path - Offensive Abilities, Balance of the Body
The Drake is, just as the Drake, a full fledged Knight-equivalent rank within the Order. They are not a head of the Council, but their voice is heard. At this stage they are required to have Balance of the Body. Promotion is unlikely, so train hard. It is often that those of the Warrior path follow or stay near the Neyhrakiin, or take on personal life quests or careers. Taking Combat Training, joining a Military, or finding their own Rite of Passage or Life Realization, as examples.
The Vriikiin is a Master. There are no further Promotions. The only thing after becoming a Vriikiin, is an Elder Vriikiin. Elder Vriikiins have mastered every single ability that they possibly can learn. Vriikiin may choose to stay with the college, but they are Heads of the Council without having to be there. Vriikiin are tasked with training Chevaliers when they choose to grow outside of the College. Typically, Vriikiin are considered the Generals of the Neyhrakiin, and fight alongside him. They give him strength like a Dragons Scales. However, their training is complete, and they may make their own destiny from here.
