They have talons for fingers, which excel in gripping cliffs and trees that they used before sentience to gather food. Their feathers help in the heat. They have elongated, serrated beaks and eyes that can see far. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]Get A Grip: With their talons they are capable of getting a good grip on some things. Melee weapons, cliff sides and buildings. It doubles as a melee weapon.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]I See You: Rathulian vision goes a long way for the race. They could see the smallest details in a tree’s bark, a cliff face or the dunes themselves, and could see incredible distances.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Mentality: The force is with them, yet only affects their mental abilities. They are powerful through mental force abilities, but not so much other areas of the force.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Light As A Feather: Due to their light-weight and their feathers, they are able to land softly compared to other races, or much rather glide, but only by a few more feet. They are also faster on their feet due to this light weight.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Feathers: Being covered in feathers, they are rather flammable. It does not help in melee combat, as it is easy to get a grip upon.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]To A Point: Their talons are not always a strength. With their claws it limits access to certain technology, such as some weapons as the talons cannot fit into the triggers or use some vehicles effectively.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Not So Dense: Their bones are rather hollow, complimenting to their light weighted bodies. These bones are rather easily broken compared to other races.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Head In The Clouds: Rathulians tend to be very stuck up and ‘head up in the clouds’. Most are ignorant to others, only caring for their own problems. It does not help for social situations.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]Religion/Beliefs[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]: The citizens on the planet of Duatiel worship several force spirits, that they see as gods. Rathulians praise what they consider to be the highest of the ‘gods’; Saburas, god of mind, Sacrea, god of stars, Hathor, god of joy and Hathlora, god of love. They hold these gods in high regard, but unlike the other races praise the ways of technology and the stars more.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]General behavior[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]: They always have their beaks pointed on an angle upwards. They tend to be stuck up, looking down on lower class citizens. Rathulians seem to care only for their own wellbeing. Some like to throw around their intelligence, and are also very for cleanliness. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Rathulians were one of the three races to inhabit Duatiel. They were quite intelligent compared to the others, even in their primitive times. They hold themselves higher in status to the other races, deeming themselves worthy of possessing the knowledge of the stars and the gods. Demanding respect and small tribute to the ways of science as well as their circle of deities, even going so far as to bring down small temples worshipped by the other races. That was before they grew more civilized and the three races banded together to create an early Bakari Empire. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]They were once Avian predators stalking the mountains of Duatiel, hunting prey from gliding from high points, only to come upon them and tearing into their prey with serrated talons. They now use their gliding to help get around from building to building, or ship scaffolding to ship scaffolding while their talons are used to to grip tools designed for them. Most conventional galactic wide weaponry however cannot be used by them, due to their talons and crooked fingers.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Rathulian feathers acted as insulators to help keep them cool, rather than fur that would overheat them. Still, they required shade from the scorching heat of the planet’s sun against the surface. Their bones are rather light and hollow, aiding in their gliding skills as well as landing. This also made them weak in hand to hand combat, or blunt weapons.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]With all their weakness, they made up for in two things; intelligence, and their mental capabilities with the Force. Rathulians excelled in mental Force abilities such as Mind Trick and Battle Meditation.[/SIZE]
