STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :

Medical Professional:

Raylin is a medical professional, and was nearing his Doctorate in Emergency Medicine when he enlisted into the GADF several years ago.

Raylin is a trained Recon trooper, and is as capable as any member of the team when it comes to observation, stealth, sentry removal, and other formidable tasks.

Older:

Raylin is older than most of his compatriots, and has the typical problems that come with being in your 30s.

Stubborn:

Perhaps to his benefit and sometimes to his detriment, Raylin is stubborn, argues with superiors, and leverages his experience prior to the Alliance. It also makes him a great medic in some cases, as he rarely refuses to give up.

APPEARANCE:

See above photo. It's Michael Shannon.

BIOGRAPHY:

Born to affluent parents on Teyr, Raylin was well on his way to matching their profession into the Medical Field, specifically servicing in the Emergency Room in one of Teyr's larger cities, who frequently had accidents involving tourists or the issues that come with larger cities.

However, due to multiple Sith incursions and a recruitment drive, Raylin was more or less pressed into service- the Alliance in critical need of medics at the time of his enlistment, and even still. After battle after battle, the Alliance had suffered a drought of medical professionals within their ranks, many being killed in action or otherwise occupied. Raylin enlisted, to the chagrin of his parents, but felt that he would've been better off volunteering than to be eventually drafted.

Raylin was also presented with the opportunity to become a Raider, and after passing both his medical training, and the Raider selection, he was dropped into the 4th Raider Battalion, to where he has served for the past four years, and continues to do so.
