STRENGTHS

• Support: The SB-01s are designed to be supportive in nature, whether providing bomber support for space battles in targeting larger enemy vessels or flying in close for precise targeting runs on ground targets in support of Imperial Infantry.

WEAKNESSES

• Slow: The SB-01 is a bigger target than its fighter cousins and doesn't have the speed to contend with starfighters, instead relying on escorts and its defenses to protect it.

DESCRIPTION
Building their fleet from their secret, secure mobile shipyard located in unknown space; the Risen Empire needed a cheap, quick to build and easy to deploy bomber for support. The SB-01 quickly ensured the Risen Imperial Starfighter Corps had a heavy hitting option for space engagements and a craft able to utilize for close air support for Imperial infantry.

The SB-01 is slow, heavy and is notorious for being heavy on the stick which required two pilots while also ensuring if one pilot went down there was a second to continue the crafts mission. Also seating a Systems Weapons Officer for better support for its arsenal, this SWO was also tasked with targeting ground targets for CAS. Having multiple torpedo options for either penetrating armor or shields alongside its bomb generator for ground support, the SB-01 was as versatile as it was tough to take down.
