Real estate brokerage company

So one might wonder whether there is even a real estate company in Chaos at this time, or a demand/need for one such thing. Or is real estate brokerage exclusively NPC-to-NPC in the Chaos universe? I have the impression that real estate demand requiring threads is mostly commercial/industrial (with a little bit of faction-driven real estate) in Chaos...

Also, is it best to start a real estate brokerage company at tier I (mom-and-pop-level) or tier II (a little bigger, with a few dozens or hundreds of brokers among perhaps a dozen offices or so)?

As with Star Tours, tiering up, if it is in the best interest of the real estate brokerage company to do so, would involve Codex entries of sold properties and/or realtors rather than Factory entries, since a real estate brokerage company would be a service company.

I know there are real-world real estate brokerage companies whose sizes, in Chaos terms, are tier-I and tier-II, however.

Actually maybe we could work this together.
I'm setting up a company that will be based around rebuilding cities and settlements on a galactic level. Basically a giant construction project, perhaps we can aim for a particular contract between the two that will see a rise in profit?

Real estate is one of those things that, in-universe, would be of some importance, yet seems to be left all too often to NPCs. Chaos is a persistent universe, after all.
