In seriousness, I plan to do some fleeting for the GA in this. Just waiting for an opponent so we can talking about sizing. If I got my way, I'd only take the Task Force I'm planning on creating, consisting of 4 ships (Dreadnought Mk III as Flagship, Metellos Carrier Frigate for fighter screen, and two hammerheads to round it out.)

Roth and the Wild Knights are inbound. Probably going to focus on cracking the blockade and transitioning to CAS, unless needed in space.

I will pop in with a fleet on the edge of the system and go about setting up sensor relays and what not. Play "I see you" with everything in the system and such until I find a toy...I mean partner.

As such. At this time all GA fleet battlegroups currently engaged IC are encouraged to get in touch with Zark (Jaius Sovv), and get briefed as to his plans for creating a cease fire.

Regarding the diplomatic aspect of the thread, yes Jaius is on his way and he will be speaking diplomatically with Natasi, and anyone interested IC in avoiding calamity is welcome to help participate with that aspect, but he has no real immediate authority to stand down military forces. The operation on Kaeshana has been approved by the triumvirate. I know that may upset some people as there wasn't much in the way of an organic start to the fighting, but a messy and confusing opening conflict is exactly what both admin teams have been looking for in order to give both sides proper motivations and avoid one or the other turning into the caricaturistic bad guys.

So yeah, we're probably gonna take some IC flak for going in hard on this one. No government should be perfect and I feel like its a reasonable error for the triumvirate to make, mistaking expansion for aggression and using the pleas of an exiled people as an excuse to purge some rumored Dark Side harborers. Obviously there are elements within the government opposed to this hardline approach, and Jaius is a representative of that perspective. But I'm not going to tell you guys not to pew pew each other in a rebellion. I hope by the end of this thread things will organically resolve into some sort of non-violent negotation, no matter who has the advantage at that point. But we shall see. For now, keep firing you monsters.
