Reborn; A New Purpose

The Primeval is back.

After my month hiatus from the board, and a longer one since I stepped down as Faction Owner, I have returned to the faction I created over a year ago. Last time we went major, made a few moves, and became one of the board's juggernaut factions.

This time things will be different. I am planning a focus on story-driven roleplay, with lots of campaigns and storylines to work with. A focus on character development, and member-driven content creation shall be primary focuses as well. By content creation; I mean I want to see other people make their own with what we give them. In the same spirit as we allowed with the Warlord. However; since we aren't major, we aim to allow our niche lore and style to remain uninterrupted.

So for those who enjoyed the faction as it once was may find it a bit different than they expected. Although it is merely following after its roots.

For anyone interested, keep an eye out, for I'll start a few faction threads once I've established Boethiah's role, and gathered her new followers.

Well, I am dead, but I still talk sometimes... mostly because i want [member="Zambrano the Hutt"] to wake up....

Anyhow,
I could see the seekers of the rift as the faction lay out, and loose the other parts. The Primevil focus on a religious approach would be unique and bears great opportunity for stories and Role Play. The problem with the Primevil as a major faction was, in my oppinion, that it was to broad and allowed to many variations into its ranks. Thus it blended in with every other sith faction around and in time its identity faded.

Sticking to the religious force user thing more rigidly is what I would suggest for the new path of the faction.

I have had a goal to explore some possible bridges between the Ember of Vahl and the Primeval pantheon, using this character. Perhaps establish small sect within the greater religion. However, I never truly got the chance as I was otherwise occupied. Perhaps now I could find an opportunity to do so.

I figured I would plug this here for any Primeval people who might be interested, not sure where we fall on this spectrum, but I really want to form a resistance of some sort against some faction

In other words, I'm planning on making a new role play on Mirial for those interested. It'll be using my new character Mav Reyti (a Mirialan), exploring the effects of Zambrano's Genocide.
