Recolor help, please

So, I was wondering if anybody could recolor the hair of the following pictures to a bluish color. Please and thank you!

I really like that first image! I must say, Pharah is very attractive. It would be hard to recolor it convincingly cause the brown hair is semi dark but I can try. I can even make it into an avi and add a border if you would like. [member="Veronica"]
