Recolor request; skin and hair

Hey you fancy art people! I have a request for a new character I want to do. Is there any way that this image could be recolored? I just want the skin to be made in to a shade of blue and the hair into some dark black-blue thing. Everything else should be fine. Thanks so much. If you need something else to work with, I can give ya something else of the same lady for you to recolor. Stay classy and thank you so much!

I smoothed out some parts of the image too...kinda like simulated resolution, haha. Always save as PNG.
