The Stealth Master
Zane stood silent, arms folded across his chest, scanners adjusted to the dim dark of night. Soon enough he expected the arrival of his companion, the Robin, who he would teach to appreciate the life of the less than bright. It was not a forced ideal, there was no feeling of contrite. Instead, he simply understood this was the girls birthright.
"Oracle." Zane said, his communicator connecting him to his main computer, which ran under a freed AI, one once known as SARRAH.
"Yeah, I hear ya."
"Did she receive the message?" He asked, turning his head, his gaze traveling along the stars for a moment.
"Yup. She'll be there soon." Came the feminine voice's reply.
"Thanks." He said, then with a thought, the thrusters in his boots activated, and he rocketed upward, rotating in place, so as to see her when she came.
