The cool night air rushed through Hakora's hair as he stood at the edge of a cliff's peak that oversaw a deep canyon. Hakora found himself unable to sleep often and so he would sneak away from camp and never brought his lightsaber. He wore normal clothing and it was moments like this that he felt like a normal 16 year old boy. He looked down the cliff and could not see the bottom. He heard of force users able to free fall hundreds of feet and use the force to land gently, he wanted to try. He knew something was locked in him, maybe near death experience could unlock it. A small tear fell from his eye as he thought about his lack of memory. The only thing worse then your parent's murder was the inability to even remember them. Sometimes he wondered if he was the murderer...

"You know there is a rockier cliff about a mile to the south, better chance of getting killed there, quicker too as this one would probably break a ton of bones if you landed the wrong way instead of simply killing you." She smiled at him as she walked out of the forest behind him, already prepared incase her words were a startle and he fell forward, strands of the force gripping down no Hakora's shirt collar. Should nothing happen though it would be released and she would sit down on a stump nearby and look at the one that was her brother, a careful gaze falling on him mixed with concern. "Or, you could take a seat and tell me why you are standing at the cliff of a sheer drop, as im kind of lost to what ever other reason there could be for such and occasion unless you were testing Gravity with another object."

Hakora was a bit surprised by the voice as his sisters was quite skilled with stealth movements. He felt the force surge around him and knew she was thinking the worse. "You are going to hate my answer, I was thinking about jumping. Force users can jump from high heights or starships and use the force like a parachute to land safely, I was thinking about how it would work." He then turned from the ledge and walked over to sit next to her. He was still coming to grips about being family, but he did feel comfort in her presences. "Could you not sleep ether?"

"I never sleep, too many memories prey on me in my sleep... and you why have you not slept well?" She watched him and smiled lightly as he sat down beside her and laughed a bit to herself before he would be able to speak again. "Only a short time ago i would of thought the feeling of having family beside you to talk to was something that i would never experience and now here we both are, two bundles of parentless wanderers lost in their own self pity and worry on things that would never change. And yes you can but it is probably a better idea to start with a smaller cliff if you practice that, no matter how annoyingly talented you are." She elbowed him lightly as she sat there.

Hakora listened to her for a while and then pushed her playfully back. "I can fight, that is about it. I know like maybe three or four force moves and I am no where near your skills in diplomacy and self-control which scares me. I was meditating with Veino and had a vision. There was a planet that seemed like just one big city. Half of it wa in fire with people screaming and being slaughtered. The other half was peaceful and people were gathered like at a parade. In the middle of both sides was a man in a mask and dark red armor. The mask came back and revealed my face, but my hair was black and eyes were yellow... I haven't slept much until then." Hakora then became silent as she spoke of them being parent less and he looked up to the star filled sky and spoke remorse fully. " Did I kill them? I remember only one part, screaming in my bed and the house falling down and then nothing after that. I don't know if I was alone in the room or not...."

"You didn't kill them, not physically or intentionally at least, no you were not responsible for their deaths. Our parents knew the danger of keeping us, even if we showed the potential for the force they knew far too well the danger that would come but they kept us secret because they loved us more than their own safety." She had had the same doubts herself, even now some days she wonders if they had caused their parents death. Officially she had been given to an orphanage after, but those were fake records she had hacked into the government computers and inserted in. No after the fire she had been in a gutter, thinking Hakora and everyone else had died while she survived. A useless child survived and had no one, now she was beyond useful and her family still remained, everything was right again, no more doubt.

"The one to blame is the one from your dream, your vision rather, it gave you two choices and showed you the one that you feared you would become. Fear is power to some and a weakness to others, or sometimes even both. You must have the courage to overcome that fear, else you succumb to it..." She paused for a moment, considering what she had said herself, even now she could feel the fear of all she had succumb to building inside her, the very thing she drew on in cases of extreme need.

"It presents you with two options, to fail and cause destruction through the use of fear or rather the fear of fear itself, or to bring peace and happiness by overcoming and recognizing that fear, rather than locking it away or succumbing to it."

Hakora listened to her and wiped a single tear. His parents sounded beautiful and he couldn't remember them. Would he ever remember them? Hakora wanted to remember them and remember the power laying in him asleep. "I have had an idea for years. I can;t use the dark side like a sith, but what if one day I could? Then I could build an armor, maybe the one I saw in the vision and then infiltrate the sith as a sleeper agent as sorts. They have a rule, the strong kill the weak, I could use that to bring them down....Just a thought I play around with." Hakora then listened to her talk about fear and it all made since, it could make or break him...or even both. He had to conquer fear and now was a good time to start. He placed an arm on his sister's shoulder and smirked. "You're right, we must laugh in the face of our fears and face it head on. LET'S START NOW!" With that Hakora used Force Speed and closed the gap between him and the cliff side and jumped far from the cliff ledge. At first he felt the fear of well....death. Then he realized it was like he was flying down and he put both his arms out like wings as he fell; he was free. He did some tricks in the air, enjoying the freedom. Then came end of his fun, landing. He wasn't sure how to land. Should he used a force push to counter the speed of the fall? No, he should be the force! He focused himself in light of falling to his death and let the force consume him and surround him. He hit the ground causing the ground around him for 15 feet to implode and then explode. As the dust cleared, he was on the ground breathing heavily and on one knee. He had successfully done a force move that he had never heard of. The move was to channel the force into the body and then using the mach speeds of falling to harness it into the force and creating the landing spot to explode in all directions. Hakora smiled, uncaring of what just happened and screamed with joy yelling all the way up for his sister to jump.

She smiled as he spoke and thought as he continued, her mind wondering on about her own fears, giving him advice that might even counter the very power she relied on. Then, he was back to his old self and before she could even react he went over the cliff, she cursed him in her mind as she half expected to have to carry him back, her body moving to the cliff and watching him plummet until he collided with the ground before a cloud of dust came up. Instead of simply jumping herself she took her time as her body went from ledge to ledge until it landing in the cloud of earth and spoke, once her eyes rested on his screaming and unharmed body.

Without warning she smiled and laughed as she smacked him in the back of the head and then threw an arm around him. "You gave me a heart attack you reckless fool, how about next time we take things slow before you almost kill yourself... though, as for your sith idea, don't do it brother. The Sith are a corrupting force, do not become them and do not fall to their temptations, i will not restrict what you learn, as i have learned from them and the Jedi, experiencing both extremes. But i ask you, do not affliate with the Sith, few can be trusted, all should be watched." [member="Hakora Shin"]

"No one ever got strong by going slow." He rubbed the back of his head as it did hurt to be smacked by her. Hakora then listened to her speak on the dangers of the dark side and agreed with her that his idea was crazy. " The Jedi and The Sith have always fought. The Jedi alone bring peace and Sith alone bring destruction. The Galaxy would be much better without Sith, but the Jedi are so passive that they can't do it; I can. You know I am naturally good at Vaapad and with practice I can fight like a Sith, but still have an edge. I want peace with as little innocent blood spilled as possible and this seems the way."

"Hakora, i know you mean good intentions but i want you to understand something, its not the teachings of the sith that are corruptive, nor is it the force powers they use at their command. No it is the very air around them, the way they move through the force, scarring it and plaguing it beyond the recognition you know... and even if it wasn't that, you would still be unable to do as you say, things are far more complicated than you understand. Sith cause war for power, and Jedi cause war for peace, neither side is spared the blood of the innocents as in their eyes their enemies and the people that follow them are not innocent. If i gave you a choice between a Jedi who had killed dozens and a Sith that had only killed one, who is it that you would say deserved death themselves? Who is it if you could only choose one that deserves the void?"

Hakora walked forward a few steps away from her and listen to the whole thing with his back towards her continuing to do so in silence after the question was asked. He then turned towards her and with a straight look he answered.. " I would kill you. Not out of hatred or malice, but if someone wanted to play judge on two souls then they are the worst of the souls if they treat death so lightly. If Sith scar the force with their mere existence then someone must repair what they destroy, someone infallible, someone to walk the line of good and evil. Maybe that is the vision, maybe the force has chosen me to walk the line. Why else would the force make me this powerful and wipe my memory to save me the pain of my past?"

"What you speak of is akin to cultural genocide though is it not, sith are not just a scar but also a culture, and in judging their existence to be a stain on the galaxy or on the force is to be the very judge that you just said you would kill. If it was me that was the leader of the sith, or even a simple sith lord, you would cut me down without hesitation, you would kill your own and last family member alive to accomplish the goal you have set before you?" Alexandra's demeanor changed now, the golden flecks in her pupils spiraling as she asked her question, she was curious as to what he would say, if he would fall truly as far as a sith to end the very culture and warriors that he sees.

[member="Hakora Shin"]

"Yes and no." Hakora had terribly explained his ideals and had to back up. "I would not kill you personally, you proposed a hypothetical situation and I wouldn't kill the ones captured, but the one that is capturing. That is the Sith. They hold this Galaxy captive and it is time to break it free once an for all. If we do not fight for something then what is the point of us? Why did you form this order if not to stop what happened to our parents once and for all?" Hakora approached his sister and stood close to her, he was younger, but he was 5 inches taller. He brushed the hair from her worried face. "The pain you and I is awful, but we are blessed with great power and we can stop this pain from happening to less families."

"I started the order to spread knowledge, light and dark side, without the restrictions imposed upon the followers of the Jedi or Sith, and i was being hypothetical as well. What if i had been a sith when you found me, or what if i rejoin them, what would you do in that situation. Would you kill me as well to end the scar on the force or would you spare me? My point is simply that to speak in hypothetical is dangerous, it shows ones true colors and in the end is nothing more than a fantasy conjured up by the one speaking. Every sith has family too, some i even know who care for their family and some who i consider even friends just as i do the Jedi, and there are some on both sides that cause nothing more than pain and death too. You cannot hold one group responsible when both are at fault."

"So then how do you propose I fight for peace?" Hakora knew she was right and of course she was, Hakora had spent most of his remembered life under a hermit Jedi while Alex had fought on the side of Jedi and sith. He maybe an exceptional fighter, but he was not a knight and she was a master. Knowledge is stronger than combat and he needed to be stronger.

"You want to fight for peace then? Well then ill offer you this. In a few days time i will be travelling to coruscant to research droids that had been gunned down in the attack on the planet and then tear them apart so to better understand the machines... I will also be hunting down Sith where i can and if you wish to join me as a pseudo padawan of mine solely, then i will have no problem with you coming along, but you must listen to what i say and when i say it." [member="Hakora Shin"]

"Why not just take me on as your Padawan? You are the only one here who can truly help me since you are the only one here who knows what I have forgotten." Hakora walked over and say on a rock as he thought a little bit on her offer. This would not only be the first flight he would be taking with family, it would also be his first official mission. "It is up to you, if you want me to come I will come and my blade is yours to control. Every move I make will be only by command."

"Stop being so formal brother, you are stiffer than i am and thats bad... ill take you as my apprentice if you want and as for doing what i say i would also ask you have some fun while you get the chance. After all, i hear Coruscant has some of the most interesting sights to see of any other planet. Maybe not beautiful but interesting indeed." She grinned as she watched her brother pace and walk about, speaking as if he were suppose to have nothing but a respect for the unorthodox woman. [member="Hakora Shin"]

"Stiff? We need to talk about your idea of stiff if you think jumping off a cliff recklessly makes me stiff. Now fun, I know all about fun." Hakora held out his arms and began channeling the force around him. The wind around them began to pick up and rip the leaves off trees and swirl them around making it like being in a giant, blurry snow globe. Out of no where Hakora touched Alex's back. "Tag, you're it!" With that, he used force speed and shot into the trees running away using the branches as steps.

She grinned and followed him, pushing her own body faster as she moved among the trees and followed her brother from under him and then as she got ahead, due to not having to worry about moving over scattered branches, she began to cut them out from under him with her saber. She would make it harder for him to stay up in the trees and when he did come down it would be right within her reach, to tag him back as she grinned up at him. "You're slow my brother."
