A rebellion cannot survive without new blood, and the Recruitment & Mobilization Command ensures that the ranks remain filled with skilled and dedicated fighters. This branch operates through underground propaganda networks, defected military officers, and grassroots recruiting efforts.

New recruits are funneled through hidden training facilities, where they are taught combat skills, survival techniques, and the ideological foundation of the movement. Specialists in this division assess each individual’s strengths, ensuring that they are placed in the most suitable role—whether as a front-line soldier, a pilot, or an intelligence operative.

This branch also handles reintegration efforts, ensuring that defectors from enemy forces are properly vetted and trained to fight for the rebellion.

This branch is responsible for:

• Propaganda Networks: Spreading the message of resistance.
• Covert Recruiters: Identifying and recruiting new fighters.
• Training Cells: Preparing civilians for combat, sabotage, and espionage.
