- Accessibility: The establishment resides on a tourist island of Spira, which is easily accessible through the Monorail, with lines spread throughout the island. Clients may use private transportation to the establishment. The island can be visited through the spaceport.
- Security: Security provided by The Aegis Corporation. Regular, at the doors security to ensure the safety of Red Ladies and Red Gents, as well as the building itself; while others are spread out through levels accessible to clients. Red Lady holds a zero-tolerance policy towards weapons other than what security holds and all clients are therefore obligated to leave theirs in secure lockers within the lobby.
- Description: Lavish establishment built at the location where the family mansion of the deWinter-Dessel family resided several hundred years ago, From the outside, it seems rather small with a lavish entrance and plenty of space for transport vehicles, however, the structure itself is built into the ground to offer privacy to its clients.
Ground Floor (Lobby): Lavish and gold, the lobby is the central point for meeting all guests with a healthy amount of Red Ladies and Gents posted to greet clients. Depending on their status and their desires for the day, clients are from then on taken to the appropriate level.
Middle Levels (Fine Dining & Bar): Delicious food of choices and beverages of choices, the clients are given a chance to enjoy fine dining with an employee of their choice or preference. The two seated tables provide for a seemingly private setting, the screen with the artificial aquarium providing a calming setting. Food is served through the day and evenings. Middle-level floors provide small rooms to be used at the clients’ choice.
The Nightclub: Though the Spira establishment doesn’t offer the lowest level entertainment as its HQ, it still offers a good time in its club, with dancers and love music, even one on one sessions for its clients. The club is meant to be most active in the evenings and nights, though there is usually a few employees working there even during the day for the clients that wander in at earlier hours or even those who stick around past dawn.
High Levels (The Suites): Highest level of clients, especially those who pay the most are given private suites that cover the majority of their needs. These clients have their pick in choosing the Red Lady or Gents and can keep the room for more than a day if they so choose to. Room service from the restaurant can be provided at their need. Majority of suites are situated at the lowest level of the building and they have easy access to the pools. Largest suites posited at the very last floor have access through their terrace.
Sleeping Quarters: The employees use dormitories based on their status within the company. As such, middle-level ones share a bedroom while the highest level Red Ladies or Gents are given small apartments for their own usage. Their levels are in between the guest permitted levels and accessible through special cards, by which only highest levels of Red Ladies and Gents can access their levels and not those ranked beneath them. There is no rule prohibiting employees to fraternize, there is, however, one that doesn’t permit guests in these areas, which is monitored.
Educational/Training Levels: As employees are both educated and trained within the facilities, the establishment reserved several floors for this purpose alone. These levels are, as it is with the sleeping quarters, accessible only to staff and employees, who are expected to actively train and return for lessons from their superiors, especially those at the middle level.
Recreational/Spa Levels: As a special of the Spira establishment, clients are provided with levels reserved for recreation and relaxation. Red Ladies and Gents, especially those of middle level are specifically trained to provide different massage therapies, depending on the client’s wishes. This area is specifically open during daytime, however, at the request of a more prestigious client, a Red Lady or Gent assigned to the spa area can be sent to their suite to provide the service.
Outdoors: On higher ground, there is almost nothing of interesting other than the design of the building, but beneath, guests and employees can make use of the pools with decks provided to allow sunbathing. Due to lighting spread out, the pools can be enjoyed in the evening as well.
Penthouse Dome: Private and separated from the building itself is the penthouse down, personal property of Lady Asteria deWinter. It was built to overlook the private area of the business. Spacious and filled with sunlight due to half of the ceiling being made out of glass. It offers basic housing needs for the occupant, with a single guest room downstairs reserved solely for the family. As with the HQ, only highest ranking Red Ladies and Gents are permitted into the Dom, with only Asteria’s personal assistant allowed in the upper area. For everyone else, Lady deWinter will make her way into the main building.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Proximately about seven hundred years ago, on the top of this hill stood the old deWinter-Dessel villa occupied by the couple and their family, with an additional zoo build in when their last child Nessarose was about four, however, times changes, the couple separated and their children grew up and went on with their own lives, leaving the villa for the most part vacant. In time, it was mostly used by the eldest of five children, Morgaine, continued to use it and in the absence of others, the junkie made a mess of the old house, destroying furniture, allowing animals inside etc.And later on, it remained, for the most part, damaged and abandoned.
Hundreds of years passed, the old structure decayed, empty in the time of the Gulag plague. Then, twenty years ago, Asteria deWinter, having been awoken from her centuries-long sleep arrived at the ruin and tore it down since the villa itself was of little use. From then on, she began to build a new, reusing the land owned by her family as the future establishment of the Red Lady. The site took longer to build than the establishment on Coruscant, digging into the ground below and creating the building going downward instead up from the ground level. The building was still heavily under construction when the Netherworld occured and in a single day, a portion of her works vanished, causing a mass panic with the rest of them. It caused work to end until the panic had resolved but there were no physical damage to the building itself. After some weeks, the workers finally settled and returned to their work and new ones were hired to make up for lost time lost.
When the building was completed, the work towards giving it purpose moved backward. Ground floor remained the ground floor but the level of prestige grew going down. Highest level of clients are now housed in the lowest of level, with access to the lake and the pools and going up, the prestige decreases in both sense of the clients and the employees, however since Spira is a resort type of world, more oriented towards the rich, this establishment doesn’t have the Underground or the lowest level but instead only Middle and High levels of employees and clients.
Red Ladies and Gents grow up and are educated within the confines of the Establishments. Those not yet eligible to entertain guests and clients do less noticeable work such as cleaning, cooking etc. and are therefore required but for the most part, lowest ranking employees remain on Coruscant prior to their promotion due to the type of clients the Spira establishment is more focused on, which is evident in both the way the establishment was built, what it offers and how higher moves down in order to provide more privacy to the clients.
Same as with the headquarters, the security is provided by a private contractor, organized discreetly throughout the floors and are the only ones permitted to carry any sort of firearms as the Red Lady holds a zero-tolerance policy towards weapons. Guests to the establishment are required to store theirs in secure lockers within the lobby.
