If anyone wants to team up with me and take a location let me know. We'll have plenty of bodyguard droids with us so we can pretty much go anywhere.

Also: Just a reminder to put your location in the beginning of your post. That way everyone knows where you are in case they want to team up.

Looks like we have Colap and Kara at the Palace and VonFowl about to head to the Palace. Lisa Ticon is at the Stronghold, so someone should join her there.

I can go to the Cartel Mining Mesa. I have droids but I could probably use some backup if anyone wants to come.

I'm also planning on playing some NPC opposition in the thread. So keep your eyes peeled for them.

Also, something the other slicers could do is hack into the computers in the Makeb Department of Defense. The current government that we're trying to oust is a puppet government run by the Makeb Business Council and their corporate interests, but they do have some military defense. So we'll have to shut that down.

But have you talked to staff about if you are going to have to go all the way around the arm to get to Makeb?

The difference in posts is quite a bit -- from the basic 100 or to a total of 50 posts per extra hex --- which would be three going all the way around, so that would make it... 250 posts to claim it.

This will be the first time someone from a galaxy arm is trying to take a planet from inside the galaxy -- so i'd double check with staff just to be sure.

Also, I wrote this in my intro thread:

"The Antecedent criminals had already made a secret deal with the Makeb miners, offering to help unionize them in exchange for free reign to occupy their mines for this attack. Their future union bosses would be supplied by the Ravens allowing the Ravens to maintain control of the Isotope 5 exports."

I originally had the idea that the miners would help provide us with ground forces inside the mines. So feel free to RP those miners.

I have an idea of how we can cripple every swoop gang on the planet with a small group of riders.

It'd be great to have someone who can ride join me. But it's not really necessary.

However, I need a Raven to explain the plan to my character. Not all of it. Just enough to hire him for it. I made a thread for this, and for joining the gang. If anyone would come in and do this, I'd greatly appreciate it. The plan is:

We sponsor a tournament at Mabek's most important stadium between swoop racers affiliated with all the planets gangs', and some off world from the Ravens. Because all the gangs will be there and swoop fans get rowdy, everyone in the stands will be throughly check for weapons. When the holo net goes down, kill the bosses in the VIP boxes, and tell the grunts to join up or the same happens to them. Sounds simple, but things will certainly go wrong.

Hey [member="io eyeballs"] this is a great idea. You can just jump right in and do this if you want. We can handwave the part where the Ravens give you the plan.
