We're up to three now. I get it, ya'll came out of the holiday season hype, I don't know where this energy is coming from, but I'm about it.
I've directed the SWRP Staff Team (including myself) to nuture the hype. We're in our 12th year and by god we're not showing it for some reason, I'm all about it, I created Chaos long ago to be a safe space for writers and to elevate the RP as I imagined it. An entire community blossomed around these ideas, as many of you agreed with me. We're all about the RP. We're all about elevating it.
The equation is simple, I spend my time as the technical hermit elevating what tools we need to elevate our RP, you guys bring the energy and the story, the SWRP Staff Team serves as our oversight, the community serves as Staff's oversight.
So, I'm going to gently push. You know me, I'm not a gentle person. But we've been so good as a community, and things are still so good, but this is the third report I've seen of different situations we've yet again dispatched SWRP Staff Team members to go mediate. The MFOs have already gotten their warning, now I'm giving it to you all.
Keep me as the hermit. Don't make me your villain. Don't find yourself acting defiant and ridiculous because your ego is tripping balls over a text fantasy roleplay. Cave, give ground to those you care about, realize your pettiness isn't worth it. Find forgiveness or give it. Do what you need to do, because if and when it gets to me, it will be a whole different ballgame.
If and when it gets to me, I will not care who you are, what position you hold, how long you've been here. I won't care for excuses. I won't haggle. Not even the Discord narratives people will write about me will affect anything, they'll just be lost to the dust of time.
I will only seek conclusion, and if necessary, force it without reserve.
Because of this, I sleep pretty soundly.
Find a healthy medium, and leave me to my toys. Don't let your petty squabbles get to me, Valiens, the Admin team. This is our house, and it's been pretty clean and tidy, and the roleplay has been enjoyable to read, and I love the vibes when you're not being Discord addicts who try to one up each other because things aren't so great at home.
