  Regnar Soldun was born in Korbin. He never knows about his parents, growing up in an orphanage. He entered law enforcement academy and joined the Korbin police tactical unit at the age of 20. He rose up quickly, appointed as a sergeant by 24, lieutenant by 27, captain by 29, commander by 30, and deputy chief by 33. He has always been disillusioned by the politics of Korbin, which is known for corruptions, corporate foul-plays, and organized crime. Just under a year on his tenure as deputy chief, an operation he led went wrong, resulting in deaths of all his subordinates, and sent him to a critical condition. He managed to survive, half of his body replaced by cybernetics, honorably discharged, and blackhole of trauma inside of him. He started reading books on revolutionary ideals and retreated to the slums of Korbin, walking among the people he used to stepped on. Eventually, he found his calling. Politician. Change the system from within. His previous ranks eased him up into political networks, and his popularity amongst the people skyrocketed. The pinnacle is when he, against all odds, defeated the incumbent corporatist senator of Korbin. His intention is simple. Get rid of corruption in Korbin and cut the tentacle of corporations that has controlled Korbin for a very long-time, with one crux. He is working with the Cartel.
