Section 1 - Accounts and Services

We offer a wide variety of accounts to suit your needs. You may open a personal account, a business account or a faction account.

• Personal accounts May be opened by any citizen of the galaxy. You cannot open an account with IGBC without depositing a starting balance of 100 credits. Personal accounts are subject to a one-time service upon opening. Maintaining a balance over 5000 credits earns interest. See Section 3 for fees and interest rates.

• Business Accounts Businesses may apply for a business account with IGBC. Only duly authorized business owners may open the account. There is a startup fee as well a monthly maintenance fee assessed to these accounts. Business accounts earn interest, compounded monthly. See Section 3 for fees and interest rates.

• Faction Accounts Factions with liquid assets to be used towards the operations across a wide scope of territory will appreciate our faction accounts. Authorized representatives of the faction can open the account and set up users who will have access to make certain transactions. There is a startup fee as well as monthly maintenance fees. Faction accounts earn interest, compounded monthly. See Section 3 for fees and interest rates.

Safety deposit boxes are available for rent, for a monthly fee based on the size of the vault. We can accommodate documents all the way up to room vaults, all securely locked and guarded by our staff. The security is state of the art and you can trust your valuables to our safe hands. Fees are listed in Section 3.

We offer several types of loans for personal purchases like a new home, a ship or a vacation getaway, as well as loans to businesses and factions to start up new operations or finance a fleet of vehicles. The interest rates are highly competitive, so see a banking representative to see if you how you can qualify for the best rates. Interest rates are discussed in Section 3.

Section 2 - Terms and Conditions

Any individual or party wishing to open an account or receive a loan from IGBC agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• Upon application for an account with IGBC, you submit to a background check and screening process to help us determine what kind of banking experience would be best suited to your needs. Customers who frequently patronize IGBC will be rewarded with a personal banker and suite custom decorated to their liking. Any assets in those accounts or safety deposit box will be returned to the last known address on file.

• IGBC reserves the right to refuse service to previous customers who have shown a history for default either on loan terms or personal service contracts. It is at the discretion of the management to approve or deny service to customers. Should you wish to appeal the decision, you may make an appointment with management.. All decisions arising from the appeal are final.

• At IGBC, the safety of your money is our business, the accountability of it is yours. Please make sure you enter all amounts carefully and double check your receipts to assure that your current balance is correct.

• Any loans on property such as houses, buildings or ships are subject to the terms and rates defined at the time of loan signing. Late payments will accrue late fees. Should you miss 3 payments in a row, you will be counted in default. Should you default on your payments, IGBC reserves the right to repossess the property by use of independent contractors who will collect the property and auction it off to cover the balance of the loan. By signing a loan with IGBC, you understand and agree to this condition.

• Safety deposit box rent is due monthly. Any missed payments will result in late fees. If you miss more than 3 payments in a row, IGBC reserves the right to keep the contents of your box as collateral until you can bring your account current.

• Should a business transaction require anonymity, IGBC will, for a fee, make a payment to a business on your behalf to disguise your purchases from prying eyes. In this cases, the money is paid to IGBC, who then makes the payment to the vendor of your choice. This is only available through a personal banker.

• Occasionally, banks become the targets of crime. While we will do everything within our power to deter such activities, should someone succeed, you agree to absolve IGBC of any wrongdoing.

• At IGBC, we recognize time according to your location differently so our monthly fees are just that, a monthly fee.

Section 3 - Fees and Interest Rates

Account Fees

• Personal Accounts 5 credit startup fee, no monthly maintenance fees up to 99,999 credits. Over 100,000 credits, a maintenance fee of 50 credits will be assessed.

• Business Accounts For businesses with over 1,000,000 credits in standing balance, the startup fee is 1,000 credits. The monthly maintenance fee is 500 credits.

• Faction Accounts For all accounts over 1,000,000 credits standing balance there is a 1,000 credits startup fee, monthly maintenance fee is 500 credits.

Safety Deposit Fees

• Document Box (roughly size of a desk drawer) 20 credits a month
• Drawer Box (roughly the size of a dresser drawer) 50 credits
• Closet Box (roughly size of a small coat closet) 100 credits
• Half Room Vault 200 credits
• Room Vault 400 credits
• Double Room Vault 800 credits

Interest Rates

• Personal accounts earn 2% interest, compounded monthly.
• Corporate accounts earn 5% interest, compounded monthly.
• Faction accounts earn 6% interest, compounded monthly.

• Personal loans on vehicles and ships will be charged 3% interest, and be offered choice of standard terms over 6 or 12 months.
• Corporate loans will have their interest rates and terms negotiated at the time of signing.
• Faction loans will have their interest rates and terms negotiated at the time of signing.
