- Personality: Tough and dedicated, the reformed Atrisian police forces gave him a chance to rise up and he has a deep loyalty towards it and his homeworld. With most people he can try and be fair but isn't above calling out when a plan or person is in the wrong. Usually approaches situations with a hardboiled approach that doesn't favor stealth or avoiding a body count of bad guys.

One of the lesser praised cops on Atrisia, Rei has been a loyal and dedicated officer who stuck with the city eve when it was in chaos. Regarded as an old friend who grew up with the emperor. As children the two of them often got into trouble running away from the prefecture authorities until they were teenagers and something happened. It pushed Rei to become a cop in the city of Jar'kai and his friend was brought into the palace but they maintained a friendship. When Jar'kai was attacked Rei stayed as long as he could to try and help people making sure his friend and others got out of the city and into the mountains.
He stayed in the city until it was destroyed getting caught in one of the tunnels leading out with a group of survivors. Among them the jedi Fang Min who helped lead the way through and shared parts of her fruit collection with them. They managed to get out of the tunnels and she fled with children into the mountains taking them far away while he geared up with a number of former soldiers and officers who had managed to make it to a safehouse to retake what they could in the city. They headed back in and got the support of several yovshin as they managed to retake one of the stations to set up a forward base.
With their work they were able to last and get some of the survivors out of Jar'kai while things happened,
Shoma Ike
worked with the first order to contain things and erect a wall while others worked to get defenses in place to contiain it. The police forces moved to New Jar'kai city and continued to try and serve the citizens in relocation. The beginning of the new era though brought heavy reforms that saw the police getting new and better equipment, more defenses and clean up operations. When the empress and princess delivered their speech at the ruins of Jar'kai after the attacks. Rei led one fo the raids on a mthos supporting clan and aided in exiling them from Atrisia to go and find their master.After the raids he was diagnosed with cancer of the liver and instead of taking it easy the hardboiled cop decided to dedicate himself more to it and aid in what would be the reconstruction efforts of Neo Jar'kai. From the walls and the villages, to the sections of the city where they were setting up Resolved to put away as many criminals and handle the situations he also went about reforming more special units into strike teams that could work in smaller groups and handle dedicated objectives such as smugglers or raiders in the cities.
