STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES

• A Body of Iron....: Indoctrinated into the Mandalorian Culture by his father Rel was taught to fight at a young age. His father ensured he was skilled at unarmed combat and other martial forms including swordplay. The way of the Mando'ade is ingrained in Rel, he understands the culture, the people and the language but....
• ....a Soul of Darkness: Unlike his Mother he finds the lure of darkness tempting. The Force comes easy to Rel, both of his parents being force sensitive in their own right but where his parents have largely turned away from the darkside Rel has not. His soul is a constant battle between light and dark. He's unaware of how dark his family tree may actually be.
• Difficult to kill: His father is an Icarii, a race notible as being difficult to kill. Seeing as how Rel is Half-Icarii some of that durability has transferred over to him. While he can't survive dismemberment like a typical Icarii anything that doesn't destroy one of his vital organs is essentially non life threatening.
• The Mind is a Mysterious Place: His Mother is Half Epicanthix making Rel a quarter of the same. He doesn't have the genetic immunity to Mind Influencing Force Powers the Epicanthix are noted for however his mind is incredibly stoic and resistant to intrusion. That said Rel has never shown an affinity for any form of mental manipulation with regards to the force either.
• The Rage: When provoked to anger Rel can sometimes lose himself in a sort of berserk rage, he sees red and gains a sort of tunnel vision for good or for ill. Differentiating friend from foe can become difficult during these times.

APPEARANCE
Tall and thickly muscular, Rel ahn-Dross has a powerful physique that draws the attention of many who see him. Due to his lineage his skin has a slightly mettalic blue tinge to it as a throwback to the Icarii blood that runs through his veins whereas his hair and eyes are more closely associated with his mother.

Unlike his father who can speak in an introspective and thoughtful fashion Rel tends to be blunt in conversation.


BIOGRAPHY
The Son of a Mandalorian, Naimes ahn-Dross and a Dathomiran Witch, Cennika Hawk. Rel was born into the Mandalorian culture and indoctrinated into it at a young age. While this made him Mandalorian in the sense that he was born into the Mando'ade Rel does not actually consider himself to be of the Vode.

As he once put it when he was old enough to make his own decisions...

"Mandalore is dead."

...their time passed by. He was raised on stories of Clan Garon, Clan Varad, Clan Kyrze and the Hawks that were his mothers fore bearers but he always wanted something more, something different. The Galaxy was vast and there were a thousand empires in the stars.

Rel maintains ties with his family, with the Mando'ade and with other factions as well. Like his father before prior to joining the Mandalorians he's a Mercenary and a Soldier, he still aids the Mando'ade but something dark lurks in Rel's heart, the call of the darkside which he hasn't decided if he will answer or not...

The Force
Rel has never shown an aptitude for the mental aspects of the Force, this may have something to do with the stoicism of his mind which is a genetic passover from his mother who is half Epicanthix. In any event Rel's primary mastery of the Force dwells in the physical both in enhancing himself as well as in affecting the physical environment around him. In times of Rage or stress he is capable of creating a powerful telekinetic burst otherwise known as 'Force Repulse'.
