Appearance: Slightly taller than average for her people and with a toned but not overtly muscular build. Her most striking features are her four arms and her blue and green feathers running down her body (she takes pride in keeping them properly groomed but has burnt a few off in her explosives work in the past)
Biography: Relana has been an orphan for as long as she can remember, her earliest memories are of doing odd jobs and watching starships come and go from the various space stations above her homeworld of Ojom and living off the charity of strangers from those ships. But she always dreamed of having a ship of her own and seeing worlds other than Ojom. Eventually she got her chance, falling in with a crew of Asteroid Miners. She worked hard hauling tools and minerals and over the years and eventually got into a position of Explosives Certification by befriending and studying under some of the older crew members and through this developed quite the enjoyment for her craft. However her new position and possible career were interrupted when the leader of her mining crew fell into debt with some criminal elements and they came to take what they were owed. Relana and a small militia of others rose up and repelled the gang with some "borrowed" mining explosives after one of her mentors was killed and then she was inspired to become a fighter for the people who needed them most. Then, with her savings of her work and some generous gifts of her crewmates she bought an old starship and set off in search of people who needed her and bad guys to blast.
