Zoiya Relle, once a Sith Lady and Empress of the Sith Empire, was once known as one of the greatest fighters within the Sith Empire. Yet, despite her physical strength, she had the charisma of sarlacc pit. This prompted her to create a personal talisman for her use: the Relle Talisman she so modestly called it. She created this item to give her the power over others' minds to make them her thralls. Eventually, presumably after her death, the Relle Talisman made it into the hands of another Sith who died with it on Ossus. The Talisman had been lost there for centuries until recently when Admiral Zahori Denko was given the talisman by a clan of Neti on one of Ossus' moons.
