Reminder on WIPs

Please remember to get swift attention to your submissions please make sure they are all completed (along with dev thread if required) when you submit them to the factory. If the judge has decided that your submission needs a dev thread please get them done as soon as possible to help avoid clutter in the submission forums. Also always remain in contact with the judge if you need more time for the dev thread.


Again to just do the tl;dr - post only finished submissions, WIP should only be tagged if you're working on a required dev thread.
