okay so I'm fuckin dumb and I didn't make it more clear and I knew what I wanted but it didn't clear properly when translated out of my brain
Anyways, so.
I am suggesting for the subaccount page, a "clear all notification" option across all subaccounts. Useful for redundant faction announcements, invasion postings (since for me, for example, you can get up to three of the same faction notification).

- Additionally, an option to prevent that would be nice to have a "apply to all subaccounts" button for disabling certain notifications, etc.
