Remove Lettering, Please!

Could someone remove the lower portion of this image that reads 'Work In Progress'?

can't you crop it out? Or does that shrink your image?

alternatively, you can open miscrosoft paint or some similar photo editing and crop it then just upload to tinypic or some other site.
