Republic Military Ball

[Dresden Verbrennung]

Military balls are known for a few things: copious amounts of alcohol, long winded speeches about how awesome everything is, and being one of the few places where a fresh-from-training private could expect to rub shoulders with senior officers.

In the interest of getting the folks in the Republic who write military characters together outside of combat, I'd like to propose the organization of a military ball, open to anyone and everyone who wears the uniform, as well as any dignitaries who would like to get involved. This will be a relatively lighthearted affair, where writers have a chance to mingle and maybe make some new friends and kick start new stories.
