Republic News update
Greetings everyone,
It has been some exciting times for sure. For starters we finished three dominions last week and there was much great Role Play to be had in them. Thank you everyone for taking part and contributing to the faction as a whole.
Invasion
The main story at the moment is of course the invasion of Roche. While many have joined the Republic side still need reinforcement.

Dominion
With the invasion under way we took a short break regarding new faction dominions for a while but have now launched a new one for everyeont to hop into. There is a B objective meant to work as a dev thread for a future fort on the planet. We are in need of writers especially for that objective. Be it a soldier setting up a tank garage or a politician inspecting the progress of the construction or whatnot. Join the Dominion here!
Election time
Other important news is that we are going to have an election for our next Supreme Chancellor shortly.
The two candidates are [member="Jack Sparrow"] and [member="Faith Balor-Organa"]
The Supreme Chancellor is an important role for the faction and it is not meant to automatically be the FO that assumes it. Nor is the Supreme chancellor position an automatic OOC staff position.
It will however be a position that requires close cooperation with the staff. We are planning on having re-elections now and then to encourage the political RP that involves the senate and a democratic election process. You can read more about the faction structure here.

'Trial of Ali Hadrix
During the invasion our current supreme commander [member="Ali Hadrix"] has been accused of war crimes and we are working on setting up a trial for her character. While nothing is ready yet anyone is free to join the discussion on how to organize it in the OOC thread found here.
